Music Matters, ListenUp’s annual seminar featuring the latest and greatest in home entertainment, will take place April 25 and 26 at the ListenUp Denver showroom. This eagerly anticipated event will offer compelling demonstrations of cutting-edge speakers and electronics, as well as tips on how to get the most out of streaming audio, hi-def audio files, and more. The keynote presenter will be Robert Harley, Editor-in-Chief of The Absolute Sound. Robert will sign copies of his books The Complete Guide to High-End Audio (fifth edition) and The Absolute Sound’s Illustrated History of High-End Audio. He will also be available to talk with you individually and answer your questions.
One of the store’s newly reconfigured high-end listening rooms will feature demonstrations of Focal’s flagship speaker, the Grande Utopia EM. The Grande Utopias will be driven by a pair of massive Moon 888 monoblock amplifiers that each deliver 888 watts, along with a Moon preamp and DAC. The awesome new Magnepan 30.7 speakers will also be featured. In a rave review, Jonathan Valin of The Absolute Sound recently described them as “perhaps the greatest bargain in ultra-high-end history.” Music Matters will be one of the first public presentations of the 30.7’s. Come and experience these remarkable systems for yourself in ListenUp’s state-of-the-art listening rooms.
Representatives from high-end audio’s best brands will be on hand to answer your questions and demonstrate products.
